I accept all major credit cards, which are securely processed via Paypal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

SALES TAX

All my prices include applicable taxes within Canada. Please be aware that any orders you receive outside of Canada might be subject to taxes and duties in your country.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I do my best to get orders off to you asap,  I love to deliver work on my trusty tank if I can. 
I use recyclable and recycled packing materials as much as possible. 
When shipping, each piece is packaged carefully to arrive safely using Canada Post which now offers carbon neutral domestic shipping and ground services!

CANADIAN ORDERS:

I have a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for the first work ordered, with no charge for shipping any extra work included in the order. Your parcel will come via Canada Post Express delivery. I will share the tracking information with you so you can see when to expect your item(s). Packages also have insurance coverage of up to $100.00

 If you are local and would like to pick it up instead, please use the code PICKUP at checkout to avoid the shipping fee. 

Framed artwork with no shipping notes provided, I offer complimentary hand delivery within the GTA.  Please get in touch for a quote on other shipping and delivery options.

U.S ORDERS:

All my prices are in Canadian dollars.

Your package will come via Canada/U.S. postal delivery, is trackable, and may take longer than the normal 6–10 business days to arrive.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

I will happily exchange any work purchased in the last month when returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and cannot be refunded. If you have any concerns or queries, please get in touch!

For larger items, such as framed embroideries, I am happy to offer worry-free purchases by giving a full refund within 24 hours when asked for the option at the time of purchase.
