I love drawing teacups, looking at their delicate shapes, patterns and details as I work. These cups are from my family collection and I enjoy the memories and connection they provide. 

The white linen ground is embroidered freely with thread using my basic domestic sewing machine as my drawing tool as I build up the textures, patterns and colours in the composition.

The artwork measures 9” x 7” and is mounted within an 12” x 14” acid free mat and contemporary white wood frame ready to hang.
